Our standard turnaround time is 24-48 Hours for most products that do not require any post-press production such as folding, scoring, perforation etc. Some products that require more production steps can range anywhere from 3-7 days depending on the exact specs of the job.

Turnaround times are for production only and do not include shipping transit time.

Cutoff time for all jobs is 9:00pm EST.

All orders must be submitted before 9pm for the next business day to count as your first production day. If your order is submitted before 9pm but your artwork is not press ready and needs to be replaced or adjusted, your job's production will NOT begin on the next business day.

TheFlyerLab.com ONLY prints using the CMYK color process. We do not print in RGB, PMS or any other color mode.

No, we do not color match jobs. Because of limitations with the Gang-Run printing process, the differences in equipment, paper, and neighboring image ink requirements, the accuracy of color reproduction is not guaranteed. We will accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted files and the final printed piece. Under no circumstances will a reprint be honored for color variations that have occurred during the printing process.

No, we do not offer color matching or color match any proofs on press. We print directly from your digital file.

We do not proof jobs! By the time the job goes to the press, all edits should be final, the copy carefully proof read, and design issues settled. When you go to press, make sure the copy has been pre approved.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PROOFING ANY SUBMITTED JOBS.

As a print industry standard, a 5% overrun / under-run is considered acceptable. Under-run's are the exception but it can occur on occasion. Regarding final size, due to the INEVITABLE tolerances in paper mills, on printing presses, and on cutters, the final size of your job may vary slightly.

For example, if you submit a 4 x 6 the final size can be as small as 3 7/8 x 5 7/8 (3.875 x 5.875). This is a printing standard and is completely acceptable.

Due to the nature of the quick turnaround, we process jobs as soon as they are received. If you need to cancel an order you have placed, you must contact us and speak to a representative. If we can catch the job before it goes to print, we will be more than happy to cancel it, but if the job is already plated and scheduled for production, you are responsible for full payment.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. Payment is collected at checkout when your order is placed.

TheFlyerLab.com does not offer credit to any customers. All orders must be paid in full before going to print, no exceptions.

Yes, an account is required to place an order. Creating one is free and only takes a minute. Your account lets you track orders, reorder previous jobs easily, and earn Flyer Points on every purchase.
Yes! When you are logged in, you can reorder any previous job directly from your account dashboard without having to re-upload your files.

FIle Setup

We recommend sumitting a PDF file but you may also send your files in the following formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, TIF, TIFF, and EPS. If you submit a PDF file, make sure that you embed or outline your fonts and please remember to flatten your files before uploading.

Files should be submitted at least at 300 DPI. Submitting a file with a resolution less than 300 DPI will result in a blurry and or pixelated print. In this situation, we hold no responsibilty for the result of the print job.

Low-resolution files may be printed as-is or will be placed on hold until we receive new files, slowing your turn-around.

Your designs should always start and finish in CMYK color mode.

If you send us an RGB file, there is a chance that a color shift may occur and you may not be satisfied with your job.

Rich black is an ink mixture of solid black, 100% K, with additional CMY ink . This results in a darker tone than black ink alone. If you print black alone as 100% K, the resulting black may not be as dark as you might like.

We recommend using C 60 M 40 Y 40 K 100. This will give you a deep, dark, rich black.

Yes. Most products require a 0.125" (1/8") bleed on all sides, with important content (text, logos) kept at least 0.125" inside the trim line as a safe zone.

Large format products such as banners may require up to 1" of bleed — check the specific product page for exact bleed requirements.

Shipping

Please reference the Shipping Map to get an idea of estimated transit time and delivery for your job.

No, UPS and Fedex will not deliver to a PO Box. If you enter a PO Box for your shipping address, this could delay the shipment of your job.

No, unfortunately we are unable to split a shipment and send it to 2 separate locations.

Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer that option. All orders must be shipped out using our shipping account.

Returns & Refunds

Because all products are custom-printed to order, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your order was printed incorrectly due to an error on our part, we will reprint or refund your order. See our full return policy here.
If your order has a print defect or was printed differently than your approved file, contact us within 5 business days of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right with a reprint or refund.
We are not responsible for design decisions made by the customer. If your file was printed exactly as submitted, we are unable to offer a reprint or refund for design choices, colors, or content. Please review your file carefully before placing your order.
Email [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. Our team will review your claim and respond within 1–2 business days.
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5 – 7 business days. Credit card refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank.
