Your use of constitutes your agreement to comply with all such Terms. Please read the Terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference. The Site conveys information about TheFlyerLab LLC's products, services, and markets. This Site also conveys industry-specific information and educational materials pertaining to the markets TheFlyerLab LLC serves.

Cancellation Policy

As a result of our quick turnaround times, there is a narrow timeframe within which you can cancel your order. To initiate a cancellation request, please navigate to My Account > Orders. Locate the relevant order and click on "View Details." Within the details page, you will find the option to request a cancellation. This option is available only if the order status has not progressed to the "Processing" stage. It's important to note that submitting a request does not guarantee automatic cancellation. Please be aware that cancellations made via phone calls, text messages, or email will not be accepted.

File Preparation

By placing this order I have verified that the spelling and content of my orders are correct and I am satisfied with the document layout. I understand that my document will cut exactly as it appears on the preview minus the standard under-sizing trimming area of proximally 1/16" all around in some products, and the printing in CMYK could vary from how the art looks in my RGB computer monitor. I assume all responsibility for typographical, formatting, and designing errors.

Warranty neither makes any explicit warranty nor implies or accepts any responsibility other than possible replacement of the products that Buyer is buying. may, but does not guarantee the replacement of any defective product or any credit for the amount of the purchase price. 

Electronic Communications

Visiting or sending emails to TheFlyerLab LLC constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email, and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Your Account

Certain services made available via are delivered by third-party sites and organizations. By using any product, service or functionality originating from the domain, you hereby acknowledge and consent that TheFlyerLab LLC may share such information and data with any third-party with whom TheFlyerLab LLC has a contractual relationship to provide the requested product, service or functionality on behalf of users and customers.


All prices and amounts are shown on this Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise noted. If a User submits a request on the site to purchase printing products, design services, or other services, the User agrees that all charges, taxes, and shipping/handling fees will automatically be charged to the credit card or paid by user with an approved payment method. We require each order to be fully paid, including shipping and handling fees, if applicable, before we complete an order. We will not start working on a print job until we receive the full payment.

Once a print job has been approved by the customer and the files are in the "Processing" status, no changes are allowed to the artwork files, job characteristics, or printing turnaround time. Once a job is in "Processing" status and changes are needed, the customer is responsible for paying the entire amount of the original print job along with any fees associated with the new artwork.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Since we customize each order according to your file and exact specifications, no refunds are given 15 minutes after TheFlyerLab LLC receives your order, which means TheFlyerLab LLC has received your necessary materials (i.e., digital files and payment) and has begun work on your job (i.e., your job is in processing).

If we verify that we have made an error, we will re-run the order. We must be notified within 48 hours from delivery of any defects. In order to receive the replacement, customers must return 10% of the defective order at their expense within 7 days of their receipt. We will re-run the order with the original turnaround and send them out via the same paid shipping method. Shipping is non-refundable.

In some cases, a partial or full refund may be extended to the customer if no work has been completed by TheFlyerLab LLC for a specific order. Such refund would be adjusted to cover any fees charged for proofs or other services associated with that order as card card-body as merchant bank fees on credit card transactions.

Each order made from TheFlyerLab LLC is a contract between you, as the customer making the order, and TheFlyerLab LLC. The fact that you have made an order on behalf of a third party does not absolve you of liability to TheFlyerLab LLC. As such, any decision by the third party not to accept the particular items printed or to cancel the order with you does not affect your liability to TheFlyerLab LLC.

Our Sales Tax Policy

TheFlyerLab LLC charges sales tax to orders received from within the state of Florida unless you are tax exempt. If you are tax-exempt, you must submit your reseller’s certificate prior to placing an order.

No Liability for Errors

TheFlyerLab LLC is not liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons:

Misspelling, Graphics, Bleeds, Grammar, Damaged Fonts, Punctuation, Wrong cuts, Incorrect or Missing Folds, Die Lines, Crop Marks, Transparency, Overprint, Cracks on Folds, Finished Product Size. A-Plus Printing and Graphics do not make any changes on customer files.


Any concerns or complaints must be formally raised within 30 days from the date of placing your order. In the event that your job displays manufacturing errors and/or defects (as determined by TheFlyerLab LLC), we will reprocess your job without any additional charges. Even if the 30-day period has passed, please refrain from discarding or using your printed materials without obtaining prior written authorization from TheFlyerLab LLC. There is a possibility that we may or may not require you to return your order to our facility.

All materials generated during the production of your printed product remain the exclusive property of TheFlyerLab LLC. While these materials will not be sold or transferred to any external parties, we reserve the right to distribute complimentary samples of your printed product. Kindly be aware that your printed product or the images utilized in its creation will not be utilized in any national advertising endeavors without obtaining your prior written consent.

You, the User, acknowledge that all content included on this Site, including, without limitation, the information, data, software, photographs, graphs, typefaces, graphics, images, illustrations, maps, designs, icons, written and other material and compilations (collectively, "Content") are intellectual property and copyrighted works of TheFlyerLab LLC and/or various third-party providers ("Providers"). Reproductions or storage of Content retrieved from this Site, in all forms, media and technologies now existing or hereafter developed, is subject to the U.S. Copyright Act of 1976, Title 17 of the United States Code.

Changes to Terms

TheFlyerLab LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. TheFlyerLab LLC encourages you to periodically review the terms to stay informed of our updates.
