Terms of Use and Sales Policy

Due to our quick turnaround times, there is a narrow window to cancel an order. To request a cancellation, go to My Account > Orders, locate your order, and click View Details. The cancellation option is only available if the order has not yet reached Processing status.

By placing an order you confirm that:

• You have verified the spelling and content of your order are correct.
• You are satisfied with the document layout.
• You understand your document will be cut as it appears in the preview, minus a standard under-sizing trim of approximately 1/16" around some products.
• You understand that printing in CMYK may vary from how artwork appears on an RGB monitor.
• You assume all responsibility for typographical, formatting, and design errors.

All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD). By submitting an order, you agree that all charges, taxes, and shipping/handling fees will be automatically charged to your selected payment method. Orders must be fully paid — including shipping — before production begins.

Once a job is approved and in Processing status, no changes are allowed to artwork files, job characteristics, or turnaround time. Any changes after this point require full payment of the original job plus fees for the new artwork.

All sales are final. Since every order is customized to your specifications, no refunds are given 15 minutes after TheFlyerLab LLC receives your order and begins processing.

If we verify that we made an error, we will re-run the order. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any defects, and return 10% of the defective order at your expense within 7 days of receipt. We will re-run with the original turnaround via the same shipping method. Shipping is non-refundable.

A partial or full refund may be extended if no work has been completed, adjusted to cover any fees for proofs, services, or merchant bank fees on credit card transactions.

TheFlyerLab LLC is not liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following:

• Misspelling, grammar, or punctuation errors
• Graphics, damaged fonts, or transparency issues
• Wrong cuts, incorrect or missing folds, die lines, or crop marks
• Overprint, cracks on folds, or incorrect finished product size
• Bleeds or bleed-related trimming issues

TheFlyerLab LLC does not make changes to customer-submitted files.

TheFlyerLab LLC charges sales tax on orders from within the state of Florida, unless you are tax exempt. If you are tax-exempt, you must submit your reseller's certificate prior to placing an order.

Any concerns or complaints must be formally raised within 30 days from the date of placing your order. If your job displays manufacturing errors or defects (as determined by TheFlyerLab LLC), we will reprocess it at no additional charge.

All materials generated during production remain the exclusive property of TheFlyerLab LLC. We reserve the right to distribute complimentary samples of your printed product, but your artwork will not be used in national advertising without your prior written consent.

All content on this site — including information, data, software, photographs, graphics, images, illustrations, designs, icons, and written material — is the intellectual property of TheFlyerLab LLC and/or third-party providers. Reproduction or storage of any content from this site is subject to the U.S. Copyright Act of 1976, Title 17 of the United States Code.

TheFlyerLab.com makes no explicit warranty nor accepts any responsibility other than possible replacement of products purchased. Replacement of defective products or credit for the purchase price is not guaranteed.
