Return & Refund Policy

Because every order we produce is custom printed to your specifications, our return policy is designed to protect the quality of your order — and give you peace of mind if something goes wrong on our end.

Custom Printed Products Are Non-Returnable

All products printed by TheFlyerLab are custom made to order based on the files, specifications, and quantities you provide at checkout. Because your order is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for orders that were printed correctly as submitted.

This includes situations where the customer changes their mind, orders the wrong quantity, or is unhappy with their own design or file. We strongly recommend reviewing your proof carefully before approving your order.

Damaged or Misprinted Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a print error caused by TheFlyerLab, we will make it right — no questions asked. We stand behind the quality of every order we produce.

You must report any damage or print quality issues within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for a reprint or refund.

Depending on the nature of the issue, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

Reprint — We will reprint your order at no charge and ship it to you at no additional cost.

Refund — If a reprint is not the right solution, we will issue a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

How to Report an Issue

To report a damaged or misprinted order, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Please include the following in your email:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos clearly showing the damage or print error

Our team will review your claim and respond within 1–2 business days with a resolution.

File Errors & Customer-Submitted Artwork

TheFlyerLab prints from the files you provide. We are not responsible for issues resulting from low-resolution artwork, incorrect bleed or safe zone setup, spelling or design errors in customer-submitted files, or color variations that are normal in the print production process.

Exchanges

Because all products are custom printed to order, we do not offer exchanges.
