Shipping Policy

We work hard to get your print order produced and in your hands as fast as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Production & Handling Time

All orders are custom printed to order. Once you approve your proof, your order enters production and most orders ship within 1–2 business days. More complex jobs or larger quantities may require additional production time.

Production begins once your artwork is submitted and your order is placed. While we do our best to review files before printing and will reach out if we spot any issues, it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to ensure their artwork is print-ready. TheFlyerLab cannot be held responsible for errors in customer-submitted files that are not caught during our review.

Orders submitted after business hours will begin production the next business day.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via UPS and FedEx depending on the size and destination of your order. Carrier selection is made at our discretion to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery for your shipment.

Delivery Time

After your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 1–5 business days depending on your location. Many customers in Florida receive their orders the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. TheFlyerLab is not responsible for carrier delays once the order has shipped.

Expedited Shipping

If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. Please contact us at [email protected] before placing your order if you have a hard deadline and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make sure you're taken care of.

Delays Outside Our Control

TheFlyerLab is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, acts of God, carrier disruptions, labor strikes, or mechanical failures. In such cases, we will do our best to communicate any known delays and work with you toward a resolution, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates or assume liability for delays caused by these events.
