Silk Business Cards come standard with a smooth silk matte laminate on both sides. You can add Spot UV — a high-gloss coating applied selectively to specific areas of your design — for a bold visual contrast that makes key elements stand out against the matte background. Rounded corners (1/8" or 1/4") are also available as an optional upgrade.
We offer Silk Business Cards in five sizes: 3.5X2 (standard), 3.5X1.75, 3.5X1.5, 3X2, and 2.5X2.5 inches. The 3.5X2 standard size is the most popular and fits all standard business card holders, wallets, and rolodexes.
Silk Business Cards are printed on 16pt card stock with a smooth silk matte laminate applied to both sides, giving them a soft, luxurious feel that stands out from a standard coated card. Optional Spot UV can be added to apply a high-gloss accent on specific design elements — like your logo or name — creating a striking contrast against the matte background. Standard Business Cards have a UV Gloss or Matte finish but do not include lamination.
The minimum order for Silk Business Cards is 500 pieces. Because of the additional lamination step, Silk Business Cards require a higher minimum than standard cards. Pricing per piece decreases significantly at larger quantities.
All orders must be submitted before 9pm for the next business day to count as your first production day. If your order is submitted before 9pm but your artwork is not press ready and needs to be replaced or adjusted, your job's production will NOT begin on the next business day.
